Meet the Speaker

Ryan Ames, OD, MBA

Ryan P. Ames is an optometrist in Oshkosh, WI, and owns InSight Eye Care with two locations. He studied at Drake University, Illinois College of Optometry, and earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Dr. Ames practices full-scope optometry, has held multiple leadership roles in the Wisconsin Optometric Association, and serves as Third-Party Chair and consultant. He consults for RevolutionEHR and contributes articles to industry journals. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, shares updates on his campervan project, and flies his 1963 P-35 Bonanza airplane.

This is a complimentary event.  There is no cost to doctor-owners and their staff members.  

Registration is open to all doctor-owners and staff members from each practice who coordinate benefits when billing VSP. Each attendee should register separately.    

VSP 101: Successful Implementation of VSP Contact Lens Programs, including Visually Necessary lenses, will provide actionable insights and key takeaways that you and your staff can immediately implement in your practice to increase revenue opportunities, patient retention, and patient satisfaction.  

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for complimentary dinner and networking time with fellow attendees. The workshop runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

The goal of this workshop is to provide you and your staff with helpful resources to make it easier to run your practices and work with VSP.
