These are common questions PECAA member-owners ask every day, and for many, the answer often starts with “it depends”. Walking through some of the most common practice scenarios, we’ll leverage KPI metrics and your practice goals to guide smarter and more confident decision-making in your practice. In this presentation will show you how to move from “it depends” to "this is the right decision for my practice.”

The mixology class is a hands-on class on how to make craft cocktails. Guests are guided by one of our mixologists through the creation of two different cocktails from start to finish. Guests are provided with bar tools to use during the class and will be taught the proper way to use them to create the perfect cocktail. We discuss the history of the cocktails that we make, and of course the guests are encouraged to drink their cocktail creations. 

A charcuterie styling workshop that will expand your skills so you can wow your friends, family, and coworkers as you create beautiful and delicious charcuterie spreads! We'll show you what to add to each board for the perfect pairings, as well as how to lay each board out for the most eye-catching visual presentation. Create your own Instagram-worthy charcuterie spread that looks and tastes amazing. This will include branded boards that you can take home.
